In the mind of a beginner there are many possibilities, in the mind of an expert there are only a few.

Our Method
We use unique, custom-built tools to give us the edge

Your team members are there to generate value for your clients and your organisation.

They shouldn’t have to figure out how to run meetings, who should speak next, how to ensure that all participants can contribute and that no perspective is missed.

They work to be creative, to solve problems, to make decisions, i.e. to fulfil their responsibilities and deliver results. Therefore, let us take the burden off them in terms of:

  • Developing a product strategy.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Product discovery and design.

We offer two off-the-shelf frameworks – our proprietary (1) Strategy Stack, and the (2) Design Sprint 2.0 developed by Jake Knapp. We can also design custom workshops to your specifications.

Welcome to our original workshop series on designing an effective product strategy:

  • Preparation – analysis of materials to help us understand you better.
  • Strategy Scoping – one workshop day where we will summarise the knowledge we have gathered, clarify the next steps and get to know each other better.
  • Decision – at this stage both parties will be able to make an informed decision on whether there is chemistry between us and whether we want to continue.
  • Task – 7 days for individual preparatory work for the next meetings.
  • Strategy Stack – a series of four workshop days (over 2-3 weeks) where we will define the key elements of the strategy.
  • Summary – a document collecting the most important results of the work.
  • Follow-up – a discussion on progress in strategy implementation.

Product design workshop according to the Design Sprint 2.0 framework, designed by Jake Knapp and the AJ&Smart agency.

8 days of intensive workshop work (preceded by a preparation period), over 2 weeks:

  • Design Sprint (4 days) – we identify the right design direction for a product or feature.
  • Iteration Sprint (4 days) – we refine the final design.

Results:

  • Clear answers to questions about the direction of the product or function.
  • Documentation of the preparations made before the start of the Sprint.
  • Formulation of clear product or feature goals and success metrics.
  • High-quality interactive prototypes tested by real customers.
  • A set of insights gathered during the work.
